For CFOs
Before you fund it, test it against the ledger.
Every AI business case on your desk assumes the CRM agrees with billing, the sub-ledgers tie to the ledger and payment terms live in one place. Nobody has checked. We do, record by record, and give you a Truth Score™ (a score out of 100 for how far your data can be trusted) and a signed verdict on the largest AI line in the budget, within 5 working days of complete exports.
Starts with a 30-minute call. Commits you to nothing.
Next year’s AI budget lines, traced to the ledger. Illustrative example, not a client.
Real sample
See what comes back before you book. A full Truth Score Read on 72,837 records in 7 exports from CRM, finance and HR. It scored 59 out of 100, Band C, significant work needed: 823 finance customers with no CRM account, and only 13% of deals reconcile to invoices.

CFO · The moment
Next year’s AI budget is being set, and every business case on your desk assumes the data is clean.
Sound familiar?
The collections agent assumes payment terms sit in the ERP. You know some still live in a spreadsheet.
The forecasting tool assumes every closed-won deal became an invoice. Nobody has checked.
The close automation assumes the sub-ledgers tie to the ledger every month.
When the board asks where the return went, the question comes to you.
What you walk away with
Every line in the AI budget, traced to the ledger.
A Truth Score Read tests the largest line; an AI Investment Review tests them all. Either way, this is what lands on your desk.
-
01
Each line, called
Every AI line you send, marked deploy now, needs work or blocked. That is the Leverability read (which AI ideas you can use now, after fixes, or not at all), with the evidence from your systems beside it.
-
02
An effort estimate for every gap
What closing each gap takes, who owns it and a test for done, so the budget covers the fix as well as the tool.
-
03
Findings your team can rebuild
Every red flag comes with the record counts and sample records behind it, checked by hand before it reaches you.
-
04
A number you can re-test
The same data, scored on the same date, gives the same score, so a re-test after the fixes shows real progress, not a new opinion.
Where you start
Start with the largest AI line in the budget.
Send the business case with exports from the systems it depends on, and a Truth Score Read tests it. When the whole AI budget needs testing, the AI Investment Review tests every line, ranks them and writes the remediation roadmap.
Every fee fixed and agreed before we start. None moves with the verdict.

Questions
What CFOs ask first.
What a finance leader asks before funding the AI line, or the check on it.
Book the callWhich systems do you need from finance?
The ledger or ERP, plus billing or the CRM, and any spreadsheet that holds terms, rebates or adjustments. Standard exports, sent under NDA; we send the exact field list first. No logins and nothing installed.
Will it tell me the return on an AI project?
It tells you whether the data the return depends on is there and can be trusted, and what closing each gap takes. That is the input AI business cases skip. We don’t forecast the return itself.
Can you test the business case or budget paper itself?
Yes. Send the proposal, the budget paper or the plan. We pull out the AI plays and the targets that lean on them, map each to the data it needs, and show play by play whether that data is there and can be trusted.
How is this different from an audit?
An audit gives an opinion on the accounts. We test whether the data across your systems can support a specific AI investment: whether the CRM, billing, ledger and spreadsheets agree with each other, record by record. It is not assurance and not an audit opinion.
What happens to our data?
It arrives as exports only, under NDA and our data processing agreement. No logins and nothing installed. The full list of sub-processors comes with our data processing agreement, before any data moves. Any transfer outside the EU is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses. Raw exports are deleted after the engagement; we keep quality metrics, not your records.
What does it cost?
A fixed fee, agreed before we start, that never moves with the verdict. It is a small fraction of the proposal it tests; if it wouldn’t be, we’ll tell you on the call. Our first clients get a founding rate in exchange for a private reference call once they’re happy with the work, only with their consent. We never name a client, fund or target publicly without written consent.
