For CEOs
The board wants an AI plan. Bring one your data can carry.
Every AI proposal assumes your data is fine. Nobody has checked. Start with the bet closest to signing: we compare the systems it depends on, record by record, and give you a Truth Score™ (a score out of 100 for how far your data can be trusted) and a signed verdict within 5 working days of complete exports. When the board wants every bet ranked, the AI Investment Review does that in about 2 weeks.
Starts with a 30-minute call. Commits you to nothing.
When the board wants every bet ranked: an AI Investment Review board paper. Illustrative example, not a client.
Real sample
See what comes back before you book. A full Truth Score Read on 72,837 records in 7 exports from CRM, finance and HR. It scored 59 out of 100, Band C, significant work needed: 823 finance customers with no CRM account, and only 13% of deals reconcile to invoices.

CEO · The moment
Every function has an AI proposal, and every vendor in the building says you’re ready.
Sound familiar?
Sales, finance and operations each have an AI proposal, and each one assumes the data underneath is clean.
The board asks what you’re doing on AI, and the honest answer is a list of pilots with no evidence behind them.
You have no consistent way to compare one proposal against another.
If an AI bet stalls, it is your name on the board paper.
50%
Half of CEOs believe their job is on the line if AI doesn’t pay off.

Which is why the plan you take to the board should rest on what your own systems can carry, not on what each vendor says they can.
What you walk away with
A board paper you can defend line by line.
A Truth Score Read on the bet closest to signing ends in a signed memo and a walk-through call. This is what you take into the boardroom.
-
01
The bet in front of you, called
Sign, fix first or walk away, with the reason in your own records rather than a vendor’s slide.
-
02
A verdict the board can read
Plain language, signed off by DataTruth, with a scope line that says exactly what was checked and what wasn’t.
-
03
The fixes that unlock it
What to fix first, who owns it and how you’ll know it’s done, written to hand to your own team or any outside firm.
-
04
A number for the next conversation
The Truth Score for the business, so the next AI proposal starts from a number, not an opinion. If the board wants every bet ranked, the AI Investment Review builds on it.
Where you start
Start with the bet closest to signing.
A Truth Score Read tests the AI proposal nearest a signature, within 5 working days of complete exports. When the board wants every AI bet in the business ranked, the AI Investment Review does that in about 2 weeks: fund now, fund after fixes or don’t fund yet, with the plan tested play by play and a board readout.
Every fee fixed and agreed before we start. None moves with the verdict.

Questions
What CEOs ask first.
What a chief executive asks before putting our memo in front of a board.
Book the callDo I need to understand the data to use this?
No. The memo is written for the person who signs. It leads with the verdict, then the Leverability read (which AI ideas you can use now, after fixes, or not at all), in plain language, with the records behind every finding. Your team runs the exports and we do the comparing.
Will this slow our AI plans down?
A Truth Score Read arrives within 5 working days of complete exports. If the data can carry the bet, the memo says ‘sign’, and you go ahead with evidence instead of a vendor’s word.
My department heads own these budgets. How do they fit in?
A Truth Score Read needs a 30-minute call and one person to run the exports. An AI Investment Review adds a few short conversations with the owner of each AI bet. They hold the budgets; you are the client. The verdict is about the data, not anyone’s judgement.
The consultancy’s proposal already includes a data phase. Why check first?
Because that data phase is scoped after you sign, by the firm paid to build the project. A check before you sign tells you whether the project should be built at all, on which data, and in what order.
Is this only for investor-backed companies?
No. We work with founder-owned, family-owned and investor-backed companies, roughly €20M to €500M revenue. If an investor is asking for the AI plan, the same memo answers them.
What does it cost?
A fixed fee, agreed before we start, that never moves with the verdict. It is a small fraction of the proposal it tests; if it wouldn’t be, we’ll tell you on the call. Our first clients get a founding rate in exchange for a private reference call once they’re happy with the work, only with their consent. We never name a client, fund or target publicly without written consent.
