What the call covers
- The decision. The proposal, budget, plan or stalled pilot, and what rides on it.
- Which systems matter. The two or more systems whose exports will answer it, spreadsheets included.
- Whether it’s worth testing. If a Truth Score Read won’t change the decision, we’ll say so.
- The fee. A fixed fee, agreed before we start, that never moves with the verdict. It is a small fraction of the proposal it tests; if it wouldn’t be, we’ll tell you on the call.
